In Person Consultation
The process begins with a short phone call where I gather key details about your property and arrange a convenient time to visit. During the visit, I walk through the entire home to understand how to highlight its best features, maximise space, and enhance natural light. Starting from the outside and moving through each room, I offer practical recommendations such as:
Repairs or updates that may be needed
Furniture to rearrange or remove
Items that could be added, such as mirrors, art, cushions, throws, or accessories
Colour suggestions to create a cohesive and inviting look
As I walk and talk, you’ll take notes, and at the end we’ll review a clear, step‑by‑step plan to prepare your home for sale with minimal stress.
I also provide guidance on:
Preparing beds and key areas for photography and viewings
How to live comfortably in a staged home while it’s on the market
Any questions that come up before or after the consultation
Online Consultations
Online consultations take place via WhatsApp video and follow the same structure as an in-person visit. I’ll guide you room by room, offering tailored advice as you show me the space.
