Executor Sale

Preparing an Executor Sale with Care and Sensitivity

Selling a home after the passing of a loved one can be an emotional and overwhelming experience. My role is to support the family with sensitivity and practical guidance, ensuring the property is prepared for sale in a respectful and thoughtful way.

The Process:

I begin by meeting with the executor or family members to understand the circumstances, any timelines involved, and the level of assistance needed. Every home has its own story, and I approach the process with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

From organising the property and assessing what should remain, to recommending updates that help buyers appreciate the home’s potential, I handle each step carefully. I can coordinate the removal or redistribution of belongings to auction, charity or recycling, arrange minor repairs, and stage the home to present it attractively for photography and viewings.

Throughout the process, communication is gentle, clear, and supportive. My aim is to take as much stress off the family as possible while honouring the memory attached to the home and ensuring it is shown at its very best.
