Property Staging
Your property at its best
The home staging process begins with an initial phone call, followed by a visit to your property where we carry out a full walkthrough, taking photographs and video. During this visit, we assess every detail and advise on any work that may be needed to present your home at its best and maximise its appeal to potential buyers.
Our Expertise
If required, we can recommend trusted painters, gardeners, and other tradespeople to help prepare the property for sale.
When planning the staging, we consider the age and style of the property, its orientation, and how best to enhance the space and natural light. We also carefully choose a colour scheme that complements the home while appealing to the likely buyer demographic. Our aim is always to create a stylish, welcoming space that stands out online without being dominated by furniture, so we typically use a neutral palette with thoughtful pops of colour. We can also share links to similar properties we have staged to give you a sense of our style.
Once you accept our quotation, we will issue our Terms of Engagement along with an invoice for 50% of the staging fee, payable upon engagement. The remaining balance is due once the photographs have been taken and the property is ready to launch on the market.
Staging Process
When any recommended works have been completed, we schedule a date to deliver the furniture and professionally stage your property. The staging itself usually takes two days.
The standard staging term is two months for an apartment and three months for a house. During this time, the property is typically expected to be sale agreed and contracts signed. We then arrange the destaging and collection of our furniture before the closing date of the sale.
Throughout the entire process, we keep you fully informed and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
